BBVA Colombia's Corporate Governance System is recognized as a dynamic process influenced by societal evolution, development outcomes, legal regulations, and recommendations on best market practices tailored to its social context. Our System encompasses the Corporate Governance Code (approved by the General Shareholder Meeting in 2006), as well as the Regulations of the General Shareholder Meeting, the Board of Directors, and the Audit and Compliance Committee.
