BBVA Colombia Corporate Governance System is perceived as a dynamic process dependent on the evolution of society, the development results achieved, legal regulations and the recommendations that are made on best market practices adapted to its social reality. Our System includes the Corporate Governance Code (approved by the General Assembly on 2006), as well as the Regulations of the General Assembly of Shareholders, the Board of Directors and the Audit and Compliance Committee.
